They provide added value for the labour market, social cohesion and active citizenship by offering flexibility and adaptability, satisfaction and motivation. Because they should be acquired by everyone, this recommendation proposes a reference tool for European Union (EU) countries to ensure that these key competences are fully integrated into their strategies and infrastructures, particularly in the context of lifelong learning."
During this 8 days training course we will work with our participants on the knowledge about the 8 key competences, ways of discovering and evaluating the 8 key competences, ways of improving the 8 key competences and the advantage of the 8 key competences in personal and professional live and career planning.
