Europe is a melting pot of diverse cultures and various religions embedded in thousands of years of history and tradition. Relations among Europeans and to people from other continents are based on that variety in thinking, feeling and acting.
To value and manage this kind of diversity in all different aspects of life it is necessary to be aware of one’s own value system as well as those of the people around.
